Ric Whitley received his BA and MA from Central Washington University in School Administration. Ric served his community through Chamber of Commerce Board, School Board, Yakima Valley Fair Manager, Rotary Club, Church Choir Director, and many other volunteer activities. Ric also manages a real estate development company, which owns and operates commercial properties in the Yakima Valley.
